Car Dealer Dragged to Court

A CAR dealer who allegedly swindled a city businessman of more than US$20 000 in a botched flour deal on Friday appeared in court charged with fraud. Ashraf Joosab (45) of Prestige Motors was not formally charged when he appeared before Harare magistrate Ms Anita Tshuma, who remanded him in custody to today for bail ruling. The complainant in the matter is Mr Kara Ashraf, who is in the business of importing foodstuffs. Prosecutor Mr David Magweg...
